The sculpted, chin-length bob is back for yet another season, and you can pull this look off either with shaggy layers or a simpler, angled cut. Whatever type of cut you choose, just make sure to sculpt it smooth with a straightening iron and plenty of gel or mousse to keep those locks in place.
